Placing Wagers
Placing Wagers:
Management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager.
Minimum bet on a sporting event is $1.00 for internet wagers and $50.00 for phone
wagers.
Maximum bet on a sporting event is best understood by reading our specific rules
concerning MaxWager Limits. In general straight wagers are $1,000.
All wagers will be accepted up to the starting time of the sporting event.
All sporting events, except for golf and tennis, must be played and completed on the
scheduled date, unless otherwise specified. Late games that go past midnight, but are completed, will have action,
but any sporting events postponed, or suspended after play has begun, and then rescheduled or finished on a later
date, will automatically constitute a "no action" wager on straight and totals bets, and all money will be credited
accordingly.
Management keeps track of all wagers, point and /or price changes made prior to the
start of an event by computer to help minimize errors and to aid in fairly settling disputes.
Players making any wager must be 18 years of age or older.
Winners and losers are official after:
Football (College-Pro) - 55 minutes of Play Basketball (Pro) - 43 minutes of Play
Basketball (College) - 35 minutes of Play Hockey (Pro) - 55 minutes of Play.
Baseball - Winners and Losers are official after 5 innings of play. If the home team
is leading, the game is official after 4 1/2 innings. Thereafter, if a game is called or suspended, the winner is
determined by the score after the last full inning unless the home team scores to tie or takes the lead in the
bottom half of the inning in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called. If
the game is suspended before 4 and 1/2 innings, and finished on a later date, it will be considered no action.
When wagering on the total runs, the game must go 9 innings (8 1/2 if the home team is ahead) or more, to have
"action". Thereafter, if a game is called or suspended, the score will be determined after the last full inning
unless the home team scores to tie or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning in which case the score is
determined by the score at the time the game is called.
The listed pitchers must start or there is "no action". If there are no listed pitchers (?), bets will have action,
regardless of starting pitchers. A pitcher is deemed a starting pitcher after delivering the first pitch of the
game for his team.
In the event of a pitching change such that the listed pitchers don’t both start, all bets made with those pitchers
will have "no action". If a bet is made without pitchers (?), it will have action regardless of starting
pitchers.
Boxing (Pro, College, and Amateur) - When bell is sounded signifying the start of the
opening round, the bout is considered official for wagering purposes. If the bout is officially stopped prior to
the bell, that round is not considered a full round.
Golf - Tournament must go 72 holes or original scheduled length to be official. Each
participant in head-to-head wagers must tee off on first hole to have action.
Other Sports - All other contests that involve a scheduled length of play or time
limit must play to their conclusion or have five minutes or less of the scheduled playing time remaining when the
contest concludes to be considered official for wagering purposes.
$50 Matching Deposit Restrictions:
This amount is initially added to the player's account balance, when he or she
deposits $50 or more, however the player must give reasonable action to qualify to be paid out this $50. Making a
few bets the size of the deposit does not qualify as reasonable action. Management reserves the right to be the
sole determiner of whether reasonable action was given, (betting a total of $1000 in action, or playing 20 money
gin games always qualifies as reasonable action).
If the original deposit is withdrawn in full or near full, prior to the customer
giving reasonable action, the bonus will be forfeited. For example, you can't deposit $50, get the $50 bonus, then
withdraw the $50 and play on the bonus.
